Help topics, glossary and the questions in between

The official help centre holds about eighty articles. This page maps the ones worth reading, defines the community shorthand, and answers what falls between.

Where to get help, mapped

The help centre organises by lifecycle: service types, after-sale, account assets, value-added services, distribution and user notices. The articles this site leans on most: the fee formula, the storage periods, the order-status description, the 1688 purchasing rules, the bilingual commodity catalogue, and the inspection scope.

Live chat runs 9am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday, BST, per the contact page, with [email protected] as the case channel. For how to phrase things and what sellers will say back, the phrase page is the companion.

Glossary: QC, GL, RL and the rest of the shorthand

On a small screen, scroll to read every column.

Community shorthand plus the operational terms official pages use.
TermExpansionWhat it means in practice
QCQuality checkThe warehouse photo set of your actual item; appearance-scope only here
GLGreen lightCommunity verdict that QC photos look right; buyers say it, platforms do not
RLRed lightThe opposite verdict: flaw spotted, exchange advised
W2CWhere to copCommunity phrasing for a source request on a pictured item
HaulShipmentThe consolidated parcel, or the unboxing content made from it
AgentShopping agentThe buy-inspect-forward service model this whole site documents
Freight lineShipping routeA named logistics product with its own price, speed and restrictions
VolumetricDimensional weightBillable weight computed from box size; see the shipping page

One boundary worth naming: GL and RL are community judgements, not platform features. The operator photographs and describes; the verdict culture lives on Discord and forums, and no official batch grading exists anywhere in the help centre.

How to choose a Spreadsheet site, including this one

Discovery catalogues earn trust the same way agents do: verifiably. Check that category links resolve to live product pages rather than dead search stubs. Check that numbers carry dates, and that policy claims name their source. Check the update page for evidence anyone still tends the garden. And check that the site distinguishes what it measured from what it quotes: a catalogue that cannot tell you where a figure came from will not tell you when it goes stale.

Run those checks against this site too. The configured destinations on the wall are checked locally, the measured figures on the fees page carry October 2026 dates, and the about page names the correction policy. When something here fails your check, the contact address is in the footer.

Shopping precautions: the short list

Official article defining the five-day return and exchange guarantee with an eligibility table
The seller-side return custom, captured October 2026: five days from stock-in, with a hard exclusion list. Open full image ↗

Before paying: verify the variant row text, not the gallery; check seller scores against platform average; on 1688, clear the minimum quantity. After storage: review QC photos the day they arrive, because the exchange window runs five days from stock-in and excludes de-tagged, hygiene and opened-seal categories outright.

Before shipping: confirm battery and liquid contents against the line’s restrictions, and let the declaration follow the rules on the fees page rather than creative remark requests. None of this is exotic; all of it is cheaper five minutes early than five weeks late.

FAQ

My order sat in Paid status over a weekend. Is it stuck.

A weekend alone does not explain the delay. Buying schedules vary by platform and service. Read the current order message and ask support with the order ID if it is beyond the stated handling window.

The QC photo shows a tag with characters I cannot read.

Shape-match against the listing’s parameter table: the composition line and size code photograph clearly. The QC page walks the method; the dictionary covers the garment words.

A seller asked me for more money through the agent.

补款 identifies a request for an additional amount; it does not establish that the amount is correct. Ask whether the difference is item price, domestic freight or another line, and compare it with the original quote before deciding. Use the official order record, regardless of whether the sum looks small.

Can I ship perfume or anything with batteries.

Acceptance depends on the exact battery type or perfume composition, quantity, packing and destination. A generic “liquid” or “battery” selector does not establish acceptance of every item in that group. Ask for confirmation against the actual route terms before purchasing; a sealed box may also remain unopened during inspection.

What happens if I never ship my stored items.

The captured storage policy gives normal goods 100 days from in-storage and abnormal parcels a separate 60-day period from signed-for. Check the order’s actual deadline and arrange an eligible extension before relying on it. A cooling-off reference is not a guaranteed free extra month.

Send the evidence through the right channel

Use the official account channel for order IDs and private payment evidence. Public community posts should not include full addresses, payment credentials or identity documents. Ask one concrete question with the relevant status, date and listing or parcel reference.
